Katarina witt was born the 3rd of December in Staaken East Germany. Her constant search for challenges leads her to explore new areas of work and experience various fields, including performing, writing presentation, figure skating and writing. After the 1988 World Championships Katarina Witt ends her highly successful career as an amateur at present. Her first trip as a co-headliner as a professional in Canada as well as the US for the remainder of three year with World Champion Brian Boitano. This is the first time in ten years ago, Madison Square Garden shows a skating show featuring figure skaters, titled "Witt and Boitano Skating". The show was so popular, it sold out Madison Square Garden for a whole show. She made her 3rd Olympic Games appearance in Lillehammer was held in the year 1994. In the past 10 years, she toured across the US as well as Canada through the television shows "Stars on Ice", "Champions on Ice" and took part in numerous professional events around the world. Her own production company WITHWITT is the source of a variety of world-class ice-shows which she produces, develops and produces headlines. It is a company that is the benchmark in skating and production. They produce shows such as "Divas on ice", "Katarina & Friends", Enjoy the Stars", and Winter Magic for US and German television.
